Mass2-1-1 is a statewide, free information and referral hotline available 24/7, 365 days a year, accessible in over 150 languages. Simply dial the easy-to-remember 2-1-1 phone number to connect with a human being. Resources are also available with the Mass2-1-1 HelpSteps smartphone app or the online database, which offers search and chat options.

Community Help is an easily searchable resource to connect with community health and wellness programs in Massachusetts.

The Massachusetts Behavioral Health Help Line is a free, confidential line that connects you directly to mental health or substance use services, when and where you need it, 24/7 including holidays.
